A leading talent pathway expert with a career spanning some of the UK’s most influential sports organisations, including the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) The Football Association (The FA), and the The Rugby Football League (The RFL).
I am an experienced public speaker on talent development, sporting pathways, and inclusive culture.
As an autistic professional, I am also a passionate advocate for the benefits that neurodiversity brings to both sport and the workplace.
Through my work, I champion environments where individuals can thrive through understanding and the right organisational culture. Outside of work, you will find me supporting my favourite sports teams and making memories with my beautiful family.
